Payment Methods/RefundsPaypal USD Only! Once we have been in contact and I have agreed to do your commission, you must pay in full before I begin the drawing process. Failure to do so after 3 days will lead to an automatic cancellation of your request. (you may have more time before paying if you discuss it with me first)Please send me your PayPal email so I may send you an invoice. I will not accept any payment unless it is through the invoice I send you.Canceling/Refunding PolicyI have the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason. Your payment will be refunded in full if this is the case.You do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.you may cancel the commission if money has not been sent yet.Time/ProcessMost commissions will be completed in a period between 3-5 weeks. I am currently living with and caring for my grandmother who is in poor health, so I cannot promise a specific timeline for commission completion. I will always communicate with you and keep you up to date if your commission cannot be completed within the 3-5 week period I usually expect to finish my work in.To help our visions align as much as possible for your commission, please have reference images ready of your character to send to me, and if you do not already have reference images, please put together an image compilation of the character's appearance and a thorough written explanation of what you specifically desire your character to look like.
Along with reference images, please write a short description of your character's personality and traits.If you desire a specific pose or expression, please send additional reference photos that closely represent those poses/expressions. If you do not send a reference for pose or expression, or communicate clearly with me what pose or expression you desire, I will do the best to work with any information provided about your character to draw them how I see fit.There may be additional charges added to your commission depending on how detailed the character is, or how challenging the pose or expression is. I will always communicate and clear any additional charges with you before proceeding with your commission.I will send a rough sketch WIP, and you may request any changes at this time. I will not continue work beyond the rough sketch stage until the WIP I send you has been cleared by you. Minor changes can be made later on in the commission, but any major changes will require an additional payment of 5-10$ depending on how big the change is.Copyright/Usage PolicyI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself within any place or website.To display or post it where I like. (This can be discussed if the commission is a gift for someone and posting will be delayed until after it is given or on rare occasions if someone would like it as a private commission)The commissioner is allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless otherwise discussed and agreed.Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves as long as proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will not be allowed to commission me again.These commissions are for personal use only. You nor your company may use the piece for commercial use or monetary gain. (unless otherwise discussed and the price will be changed to 300% of the original commission price if used for commercial use)My art pieces will NEVER be allowed to use for NFTs.
